Post 7 >> About the fau

 I think that with all things thay I have heard and witnessed in the fau Iwould give for a very long post, but I will try to be brief and give my own opinion.

Regarding the curriculum I feel that it is not bad, it has interesting courses and different from those of other universities, at least with respect to the subject that I have studied it has seemed to me according to my career (Architecture), however the curricular mesh has some, because it does not even give an option to be able to take a failed course, so many colleagues have had problems when they fail a course and then end up being delayed in several due to time limits.

Regarding the teaching methods at least in architecture of each teacher, so  in my experience I found bad and good methods that in my opinion i consider outdated, so I should promote the inclusion of a new forms of teching , this for that graduates have a new way of interpreting the world.

From a sentimental aspect I love the fau, its environment and the things that happen within it, but being objective it leaves a lot to be desired in an academic aspect, there are things that fall apart or are poorly preserved, we need study rooms and to be able to do jobs , in addition to the faculty  it is quite small for all the people it receives.

Regarding mental health, it is already known that it is not very good, the academic load is usually high and when we were with face-to-face classes I always saw sad, criying and stressed colleagues, which does not promote good learning and the university does not seem to care why we have only one psychologist for more than 3000 students.
